Wheatbelt Health Network (the Network) is a not-for-profit organisation that provides multidisciplinary primary care services across the Wheatbelt.
This includes GP, nursing and allied health services. The operations are overseen by a dedicated and skilled Board of Directors and implemented by a talented and progressive management team. The Network started as the Central Wheatbelt Division of General Practice in 1999, providing support to GP’s in the region. Changes in Primary Health Care policy meant that the Network then pursued the delivery of primary care services. The Network is a key regional player in delivering health care services which was reinforced by the successful set up of a super clinic in Northam, which is the organisation’s headquarters.
We will provide high quality, integrated primary healthcare services across the Wheatbelt.
Across our clinics, we offer the following services;
- General Practice
- Diabetes Education
- Dietitian Services
- Aboriginal Health
- Pathology Collection
