Welcome Londa

This week, Colleen, sat down with Londa and asked her some questions to help participants get to know her better.
Londa likens herself to Tinkerbell when it comes to craft as she dabbles in a bit of everything pretty. She’s always loved flowers and making things look pretty no matter where they came from. One day she took a chance and played with some dried florals and fell in love. Not only with the art but the connection to nature and tying it together with décor, beauty and turning it into art. Since then Londa has been obsessed!
Londa is grounded in the direction she wants to take as a person and is settled in the decisions and confident in the life she leads. Londa notes that her life is fully colourful and is thankful for all the wonderful people who love her and have supported her journey.
Londa hopes that everyone has a chance to experience and connect florals in a spiritual and holistic way, similar to her own experience. The mindfulness behind creating each element and arrangement brings Londa a feeling of pure peace.
Londa is also a firm believer that you must experience negative emotions to be able to deal with the current situation you face. But notes that knowing how to learn from it is just as important. When Londa is feeling discouraged, she does something that makes her happy. Whether it’s dancing, dressing up, being around family or calling her friends, creating floral art or just doing something a bit crazy and out of routine. Londa’s best recommendation was to not take yourself seriously and to learn to laugh in every situation.
